Shipping Policy
Ready To Ship Fabrics
Orders are packaged and shipped ASAP, but please allow 3-5 days for order to ship.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
-If order is too large for selected flat rate size, a larger size will be apllied. If order is too large for the Large Flat Rate Box (up to 10yds) multiple boxes will be used for the order. Invoices for the diffrence in cost of upsized shipping will be paid before orders will be shipped.
-If selected flat rate size is too large for order (if we can put your order into a smaller option) we will be refunded the diffrence to the same method of original purchase.
-Shipping Insurance provided by flat rate shipping is included. Increased insurance or special shipping may be requested by emailing our team at FluffeeStuffs@gmail.com PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER
SHIPPING OVERAGES
-We will make an attempt through email to invoice for shipping overages before shipping. A second contact attempt will be made through our Facebook group if we are unable to reach you through email.
-All unpaid shipping overages, 7 days from the 1st invoice attempt will result in cancellation of the original order. A 50% restocking fee will apply and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment.
-When purchasing vinyl, Sherpa, squish, you may have shipping overages, as they may not fit in flat rate.
We do our best to inspect all fabric before shipping.
-Flaws under 1 inch and/or are 2 inches or less from the selvage will not be discounted or refunded. Inspect your fabric upon receiving the items.
-Any questions or concerns should be addressed within 3 days from receiving product. If you find anything of concern, you must send detailed images to the email listed on the bottom of your packing slip. Please include your order number in the email. Emails will be addressed within 72 business hours.
-In the event of flaws that fall outside of the above listed, we will work to replace the fabric as quickly as possible! This may need to be a reprint which can take an additional 6 weeks to produce.
All Sales are Final. No exchanges, returns or refunds. Minor flaws and blemishes under 1 inch and/or are 2 inches or less from the selvage is normal to see in custom printed fabrics and will not be considered flawed.
